Vendor Registration and Vendor Login


Vendors are encouraged to register online with Baldwin County. Registered vendors will be notified of new bid solicitations in their areas of interest. Registered vendors can update their profiles online in order to change address or contact information and select bid categories of interest. A vendor may have multiple contacts or users registered.

Bid notifications will be issued to approved vendors in the selected bid category. The bid notifications will be sent via email to all contacts for each vendor and by standard mail to the primary contact at the primary mailing address.

Vendors are not required to be registered in order to view and download bid packages.

The complete your on-line registration, you will be asked for the following information: Full Vendor Name, any other trade name (dba), tax id, short description of business, primary mailing address, primary contact information, and bid categories of interest.
