Pre-Proposal Conference A mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will be held at the Baldwin County Corrections Center located at 200 Hand Avenue, Bay Minette, Al on Monday, April 11, 2022, at 10:30 A.M. (Central Standard Time). The conference will include a through discussion of Request for Proposal specifications and Vendor questions. ALL INTERESTED VENDORS MUST ATTEND. Vendors will not be allowed to submit a proposal for this project if they or a representation of their company does not attend the Pre-Proposal Conference.
