No specifications will be issued to contractors later than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the time indicated above for receiving bids. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on March 28, 2023, AT 2:00 PM, in the Baldwin County Purchasing Conference Room located at 257 Hand Avenue, Bay Minette, Alabama, 36507. It would be in the best interest of the bidders to have a representative present at the pre-bid conference. The public works project which is the subject of this invitation is funded by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), along with Baldwin County fiscal year 2023 funds.
