A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on MARCH 8, 2022, at 3:00 PM, in the Baldwin County Purchasing Conference Room located at 257 Hand Avenue, Bay Minette, Alabama, 36507. It would be in the best interest of the bidders to have a representative present at the pre-bid conference. The Public works project which is the subject of this invitation to bid is funded with 75% Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) participation and 25% County funds. Davis Bacon Wage Rates do apply.
