DEADLINES Time is of the essence to complete this project. Bidders are encouraged to submit SOQs as soon as possible to facilitate the evaluations; however, SOQs must be submitted by no later than February 17, 2023, at 2:00 pm Central Time to be considered. SOQs will be evaluated, and all prequalified bidders will be notified by no later than February 24, 2023. Prequalified bidders will be required to prepare and submit a sealed bid by no later than March 3, 2023, at 2:00 pm Central Time.
