A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the Baldwin County Commission Chambers located at 322 Courthouse Square, Bay Minette, AL., on Thursday, October 8, 2026, at 2:00 P.M., Central Daylight Time. ALL INTERESTED BIDDERS MUST ATTEND. Vendors will not be allowed to submit a bid for this project if they or a representative of their company does not attend the Pre-Bid Conference. Inquiries and questions should be submitted by email only to Wanda Gautney, Purchasing Director, at wgautney@baldwincountyal.gov no later than 2:00 P.M., Central Daylight Time, on Tuesday, September 22, 2026.
